EJC Demo Junk & Haul pays trade contractors in Houston, TX for junk removal and cleanout work they send our way. Plumbers, electricians, roofers, realtors and property managers are all in.
Why this exists
You are already standing in the garage, the crawlspace and the gutted bathroom. You see the pile before anyone else does, and if hauling is not your trade there is nothing you can do with it. This turns that into something you get paid for instead.
What counts as a lead
Someone you sent who contacts us and asks for a quote. The first payment is for that, whether or not it becomes a job. The second, larger payment is for a referral that books and has the work completed.
How to set it up
Call (713) 291-9440 before you refer anybody. Agree with Earl how you will pass work over, what counts as verified on your jobs, and how you want to be paid. Settling that in one phone call up front is how this stays simple later.
